Welcome to The Hill Group’s proposals for College Green
Welcome to the proposals for College Green
Here you can find details of the redevelopment of College of North West London’s (CNWL) Willesden Campus at Denzil Road, Dudden Hill Lane, London NW10 2XD, to be known as College Green.
The regeneration of this site, and the College’s Wembley Park campus, enables the CNWL to move into a new and fit-for-purpose home further up Olympic Way in Wembley. It also presents a unique opportunity to deliver a new high-quality development here in Dollis Hill, delivering much needed new homes, new commercial spaces and a new community space for the area.
Our plans have an ambitious landscaping masterplan at its heart which delivers new routes through and across the site. New public streets, squares and green spaces will allow new and existing residents to meet, interact and enjoy these areas, helping to build a cohesive new neighbourhood for the area.
This will replace the tired and inefficient college buildings with a new development of high-quality buildings, public streets, squares, and parks, to provide a vibrant neighbourhood for Neasden.
An initial public consultation was held in October 2022 where community groups and residents attended an in-person event of the plans as they existed at the time. We received valuable feedback from these sessions and have updated our proposals to reflect this community input. We are now returning with a second round of consultation to present the updated proposals and seek your feedback.
We invite you to view the plans, pose questions to the project team, and submit a feedback form on our website.
Following this round of consultation, we will reflect on all feedback received and how it can improve the proposals before submitting the planning application to Brent Council in early 2024.
Public Consultation
Consultation 1, comprising an in-person exhibition, was held in October 2022 as a chance for the community to see the plans for the site and to share their comments with the development team.
We appreciate your interest in the proposals for College Green. The second consultation will be open for comment from Tuesday 7th November – Sunday 19th November 2023 and can be viewed here.
An in-person public exhibition will also be held at: CNWL’s Willesden Campus on Dudden Hill Lane, London, NW10 2XD on:
• Thursday 9 November, 3 – 8pm
• Saturday 11 November, 10am – 2pm
All feedback comments whether made online, by email or using the paper feedback forms available at the public exhibition should be submitted no later than Sunday 19th November 2023.
If you have any queries, please get in touch with our project team by emailing haveyoursay@consultationonline.co.uk or contact us on the freephone line, 020 3398 1590, and a member of the team will call you back.
