Creating a Cohesive New Neighbourhood
The Council’s ambition is for Hill to focus on placemaking to ensure that the aspiration for people to choose to live here, but also learn, work, and relax too becomes a reality. To support this ambition, Hill will deliver a range of spaces that people use and enjoy.
We are proposing new workspace and new and enhanced open spaces, supported by a new café, a food store and a gym.
We are going to deliver a bespoke community centre located on the edge of the development so that new and existing residents can meet and make the connections that create community.
We also recognise that whilst the area is well served with primary and secondary schools, there is always pressure on high-quality nursery places. Hill will deliver a new nursery to ensure people really can call this new development home, whether they want to live, work or relax here.
