Our Landscaping Masterplan

Hill’s plans are landscape led, with new green spaces and routes for the whole community to enjoy. This helps to enhance biodiversity and promote wellbeing.

A new neighbourhood park in the centre of the development will be a key feature. Streets and public spaces will be greened – planted with trees and other plants to create a neighbourhood where people want to live, work and visit. Landscaping and safety improvements to existing Dudden Hill Green and Selbie Avenue public parks are also proposed and will be important spaces in the masterplan.
