Delivering New Homes

Like all London Boroughs, Brent is currently facing a significant and worsening housing shortage and to tackle this the Borough has a target number of new homes it must deliver every year. 

New homes here can help meet this housing need by delivering a development that includes a range of housing types, tenures and sizes.

The homes in College Green will be tenure blind – meaning housing layouts of different tenures will be designed to the same quality standards, helping to deliver a truly cohesive new neighbourhood that welcomes everyone.

Every resident will have access to private external amenity space, in addition to being centred around a new public park. 

Hill’s proposed development will create:

• Around 1,600 new homes.
• A range of housing types, tenures, and sizes, including 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes.
• All homes will have a private balcony or terrace.
• Maximising dual aspect homes.
• A focus on the optimal orientation of units to balance daylighting and overheating.
• Energy efficient homes – EPC rating of B minimum.
