Public Realm

There will be a green network across the site that will connect with the existing neighbourhood, including landscaping and safety of the Dudden Hill Green and Selbie Avenue parks. The green streets and spaces will also create routes through to local train stations.

Cyclists and pedestrians will be prioritised throughout the development. We want to create comfortable spaces in an urban area that people of all ages want to come to and enjoy.
